一次相當不錯的入住體驗，房間乾淨整潔，服務人員熱情周到，在前台服務人員的熱情介紹下對西峽縣有了一個新的認識，西峽環境優美，周圍羣山環抱，鬱鬱葱葱，我們來了以後就有在這旅居一段兒時間的想法，並且諮詢了相關人員，我們打算在西峽縣住上一兩年，就住酒店，酒店早餐很豐富，就是我們去的晚點兒了，再説一下酒店位於縣城中心，周邊交通便利出門就是商圈兒，吃飯方便。

酒店環境像花園，絕對沒得説，但是軟實力太差，房間被褥味太重，枕頭黃漬重，好像幾十年沒有洗換過，衹是體驗一次，下次不會去了

真的是住過最最差的酒店，太臭了，撲面而來的黴臭味，半夜入住真是不敢用力呼吸。設施老舊，破破爛爛，洗澡的花灑，大的噴水亂七八糟，感覺洗了了寂寞，小的水龍頭已經固定不住，沒法使用。馬桶上還有別人用過的尿漬。淋浴房的扶手，用濕紙巾一擦，全都是黃色的，不敢把衣服放那裡。
